I’ve been down this road and eventually disbanded my wonderful team in favor of giving my clients my personal attention and taking their transactions through closing myself.  Now I limit the number of clients I will take on at any given time.  If more business comes my way than I can handle I refer it out to other agents who I respect.

HISTORIC KAILUA VILLAGE

HISTORIC KAILUA VILLAGE is sometimes called Kona Town or just The Village. Primarily we think of The Village as the area along the ocean between the King Kamehamaha Inn and the Royal Kona Hotel. It is quaint, filled with restaurants, shops, coffee shops and tourist attractions.

Recently I’ve attempted unsuccessfully to find a list of those shops restaurants and shops. Perhaps you can help by adding to the list and/or providing the website for each. Let’s start with Coconut Grove Market Place.
